On May 20, Yaohua Group held its 2023 annual general meeting, and Yaohua Group executives revealed that the company has established good cooperative relationships with domestic and foreign head anode material enterprises, battery manufacturers and vehicle enterprises, and is a global influential lithium salt supplier. Among them, lithium salt customers are mainly cathode material enterprises, battery manufacturers and vehicle enterprises, including Tesla, Panasonic, LGES, LGC, SK ON, Ningde Times and other enterprises. At present, the proportion of overseas customers of Yahwa Group is still large, which plays a large role in supporting the selling price of lithium salt products.

Yahwa Group's project in Kamativi, Zimbabwe, has attracted much attention. In this regard, Yahwa Group said that the first phase of Zimbabwe's lithium mining project with an annual output of 2.3 million tons has been completed and put into operation, and the goods will soon be shipped to the country; and the second phase will be completed and put into operation in the year of 2024, which will satisfy most of the demand for lithium resources of Yahwa Group's existing lithium salt production capacity. It will achieve an annual supply of more than 350,000 tons of self-controlled lithium concentrates, with a self-sufficiency rate of more than 60%. In order to ensure the lithium resources demand for the current and future expansion of the lithium industry, Yahua Group has been reserving lithium resources through various channels at home and abroad. Domestically, it obtains priority rights through equity participation in Sichuan Lijiagou lithium mine, and in Australia, Africa and Brazil, it obtains lithium mine underwriting rights through equity participation or long term agreements.

In the lithium salt processing business, Yahua Group's Ya'an Lithium Industry Phase II 30,000 tons of lithium hydroxide production project was completed and put into production in 2023, and has reached production. at the end of 2023, Yahua Group has a comprehensive lithium salt production capacity of 73,000 tons, and the main product production capacity of 63,000 tons of lithium hydroxide and 0.6 million tons of lithium carbonate.
